Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and service, and we truly value our relationship with you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Store credit never expires.

Store credit will be issued for the total amount of your order excluding:

  • Shipping costs

  • Discounts or promotions applied

Pre‑Designed Items

If you're not satisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit.

Pre-designed items at custom size & color are defined as Customized Items.

Customized Items

These are crafted specifically based on your measurements, fabric choices, and custom details. You'll receive photos of your finished garment for approval before shipping.
– Before shipping: You may cancel your order for a 40% refund of the total cost.
– After shipping: No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances:
– Fabric samples
– Design sketches
– Accessories
– Clearance items
– Membership fees
– Rush service charges
– Shipping costs

– Sale items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Please follow these simple steps to start your return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    – Be sure to include your order number in the email.
    – Let us know if you prefer an exchange or store credit.
    – For exchanges, please include the style, size, and color of the new item you’d like.

  2. Once you receive your Return Authorization (RA) number, your return package must be postmarked within 5 days.

Important:
Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will incur a 50% restocking fee and may result in significant delays in processing your store credit or exchange.

Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after receipt.
– You will receive an email with your store credit number once it’s issued.
– If you requested an exchange, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your new order is on its way.

Condition Requirements:
All items must be in original, unworn condition. If upon inspection an item is found to have been worn, altered, damaged, or tampered with without prior notice, your return authorization will be voided and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Sizing Information

All dresses on our site follow U.S. sizing, based on each designer’s unique size chart. This means the size you usually wear may differ from what you’ll need here.

To ensure the best fit:
– Refer to the specific size chart for the dress you're interested in.
– Click the "Size Chart" link located above or below the size dropdown on the product page.

We strongly recommend checking your measurements against the size chart before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at no charge before it is processed.

What is "Processed"?

An order is considered processed once payment is verified and the item(s) have been ordered and confirmed by our vendors.

In-Stock Items

Cancellations after processing will incur a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Order Items

Cancellations after processing will incur a 50% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Special Order Items

These items are custom-cut specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once processed.

Refunds

– Refunds can be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit for future purchases.

– Please allow 10–14 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
